The business operates from its current location at 21 Bow Street Raglan, and has 5 agents, 2 property managers and 4 full or part time staff. The company specializes in residential home and sections, along with commercial, lifestyle and rural sales. Over half the purchasers live locally, with the rest based in the Waikato or further afield. The company supports a number of community projects, sports clubs, and schools. Julie is the principal of the business and the auctioneer, Dave is on the board at the Chamber of Commerce and Golf club.
